In this video performance, Essen artist Karl-Heinz Mauermann sets up small solar systems and space stations. Video recordings of these table-top arrangements will result in optical feedback sequences. Worlds are circling, rotating, exploding. Like a DJ he mixes film clippings, video recordings, feedback. All this accompanied by subharmonic frequences and cosmic signals from the depths of the sound system.

These sounds are created by sound artist Frank Niehusmann, Mauermann long-time performance partner in the duo khmfn. They've been on the road through time and space for aeons, either together, or in solo programmes.
